The deadline expires
Tradearks registered with the Intellectual Property Office of Serbia and Montenegro, i.e. the Intellectual Property office of Serbia until 28 May 2008 must be entered in the Trademarks Register in order to be valid in the territory of Montenegro. If the applications for entering in the Trademarks Register are not submitted, such trademarks will cease to be valid in the territory of Montenegro,
The deadline for submitting applications for entering in the Trademarks Register is 16 December 2011 and it will not be extended.
