It is our pleasure to inform you that Karanović & Nikolić is organising a business briefing on “Employee performance - regulation, incentives and sanctions”, on 14th of December from 9:00 - 11:15 which will be held in our office in 23 Resavska St., Belgrade.
The discussion will refer to employee performance, as one of the most current topics in the area of human resources management and labour law. The employment team will present the legal framework related to the work performance of employees, as well as news on the current practice adopted by the state authorities when dealing with these matters. The focus will be on methods of performance measurement; and prescribing the expected work performance of employees at both an individual and group level. The related incentives as well as the sanctions that can be imposed upon employees will also be covered.
