KN Karanović & Nikolić Law Office , Lepenička 7, Belgrade, Serbia (“KN”) will, at your request, provide you with a professional legal service working with you to help you achieve your business objectives. It is, however, important that we do so on the basis of certainty. These terms of our business (“KN Terms of Business”) sets out the basis upon which our services are provided and apply to any future instructions you give to KN. Your new or continuing instructions will constitute your acceptance of these terms. In addition to these KN Terms of Business there may be specific agreement between us for the provision of legal services which is made in the form of an exchange of correspondence (electronic or in other form) or a formal agreement (“Engagement Letter”).
