Committed to Excellence
We offer professionals the opportunity to advance their careers with knowledge sharing and training programmes, outsourced training modules, constructive feedback, mentoring / coaching and a highly competitive compensation package. Our knowledge sharing and training programmes strongly emphasize the sharing of knowledge and expertise amongst the lawyers we cooperate with. To best preserve the vast amounts of information our teams are constantly developing, our knowledge management professionals maintain an intra-organisational knowledge management system which is made available to each of the lawyers we cooperate with. Our goal is to allow for the effective dissemination of our acquired know-how, so that we are always on top of the latest legislative changes and are able to offer efficient and cost effective legal solutions tailored to the needs of our clients.
As an essential component of our professional development strategy, we have implemented a mentorship program which addresses the career development needs of the lawyers we cooperate with at various key points in their career. For associates who show readiness and the capacity for career advancement, we have implemented an Associate Mentorship Programme. The programme puts associates through a rigorous training program teaching them the necessary skills for career advancement. The mentor provides the associate both professional and personal support, focusing on both short and long-term professional development goals. Our goal is to make a connection between our professionals who have valuable knowledge and information to other professionals in need of such information, improving work-place productivity and making them better lawyers.
As a part of our overall career development strategy, we support the continued education of our trainees, the lawyers we cooperate with and our professional services employees. In addition to our in-house training programmes, external training and on-site training with specific business industries, we also participate actively through our individual efforts to further education by supporting them financially and allowing ‘away time’ for the completion of studies.
