Because of their complementary nature and necessity for the overall development of an economy, the importance of social infrastructure such as hospitals, educational institutions, prisons and community housing, is undisputed. With the majority of social infrastructure in this region being state-owned, and only recently having opened up for private investments, as leading practitioners in this area, we, in cooperation with local lawyers, have been at the forefront of this transformation.

International best practice has illustrated that public-private partnerships and private finance initiatives work well in this sector and our legal experts are well equipped with pioneering experience across the region.
