Karanović & Nikolić Promotes New Partners and Senior Associates

 In recognition of our rising stars, Karanović & Nikolić is pleased to announce the promotion of new Partners and Senior Associates.

Rising Stars

New Partners

Nihad Sijerčić is a Partner in the Sarajevo office working in cooperation with Karanović & Nikolić. He leads the legal team on all matters related to M&A transactions, banking and finance matters, competition and corporate law and represents our clients in high value litigations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

New Senior Associates

Ana Luković is a senior member of the Corporate department. Ana has extensive experience advising clients on Corporate Law matters, and maintains a particular focus on Environmental Law, Corporate Governance, Compliance matters and M&A transactions.

Goran Radošević is a senior member of the Commercial & Healthcare team. Goran has substantial expertise in general commercial law and is particularly focused on the niche areas of data protection, healthcare, public procurement, consumer protection and intellectual property.

Jelena Danilović is an employment law expert. Jelena deals regularly with employment law matters and corporate support. She also specialises in salary and benefits, immigration and other employment relationships.

Mirko Kovač is a labour law specialist. He specialises in complicated collective agreements and labour union negotiations. He is highly experienced advising corporates on their employment relationships, including the termination of employment and regulatory compliance.

Milena Rončević is a senior lawyer in the Podgorica office of Karanović & Nikolić. Milena regularly advises on corporate legal matters, including incorporation, regulatory compliance and corporate governance. She is also active in the M&A transactions team and maintains a particular focus on employment and on banking and finance matters. 

Petar Mitrović is a senior member of the energy and infrastructure and tax practices. He has worked on some of the highest profile energy and infrastructure projects in the region. As a member of the tax team, he also focuses on VAT and corporate income tax, general corporate law and M&A matters.

Relja Mirkov is an IP law expert. He advises on all aspects of intellectual property rights and has extensive experience advising on all matters related to the protection of intellectual property rights, including trademark, design and patent registration, general IP counselling, IP enforcement and anti-piracy work.
